Butterflies.
Do you know what they mean?
Well, they represent souls. Souls of those who have passed away or are on this path.
But ... These souls ... Why do they come back?
Half comes back in the form of these insects to bless their family, or their closest ones who have not yet crossed the bridge to the other side.
But, the other half comes back to place discord.
Discord butterflies.
Have you ever heard of them?
Nobody has never encountered any of this species, because its natural habitat is the Dark Continent, and almost nobody wants to set foot there.
Almost nobody.
Researchers somehow managed to capture one. No one knows how.
And at the same time they captured three children who lived in a small village nearby.
Just to place discord.

The Cost of Vengeance
This is a request from a viewer of my other story, I don't know if they want to be shouted out or not. Kite died and Gon was desperate for revenge. He turned to the only people he knew could actually help him kill the Chimera Ants. He couldn't think of any other way to leave Killua behind so he shut off his emotions, like he'd seen Killua do before killing an enemy. This is probably not fully compliant to canon information, but it was requested and sounded really interesting to write so I hope that you enjoy it.
