Evelyn always thought she was a freak. How else could she explain the fact that she could read people's thoughts or run laps around the forest in under a minute? Why else would the same repeating nightmare haunt her for the past sixteen years of her life?

Outsider. Foreigner. That's what they called. Raised by a village school teacher on the island of Umang, Evelyn always wondered why no one ever came to claim her. She always wondered if she had any siblings, if her parents were still alive, if there were others like her. But after the mysterious appearance of a gorgeous stranger, and a deadly with human-demon hybrids...everything changes.
