I see you, standing there, like your all alone, like no one in this world can see you, but that isn't true. I've been watching you, I've seen the way the wind whips your hair around your face, I've seen the way you look at the sea, I've seen the you that no one else has. I've seen the person that stands at the edge of the cliff, turns around, and falls, letting go of the reality that everyone else is struggling to keep a hold on. You don't hesitate as you let go, you just fall, but it isn't really falling to you, is it? It's the fantasy of being free becoming a reality, even if it's only for a moment. You cherish the feeling, don't you? Of being relieved of the weight that humanity presses upon you? Of being a thoughtless, mindless, animal? Of being only one, small, insignificant dot in this gigantic mess we call life?
The icy water rolls over your body in waves as you plunge into the cold sea. It calms you, but you feel something small, only a puzzle piece of thought, begin to trickle into your mind, but as fast as it appears it's gone. It leaves you wondering.
