Vega O'Grady and her older brother Jack are finally back in the Neighborhood after wandering around New York with their mother for 5 years.
Vega is seventeen, and barely holding it together, after getting kicked out of her last two schools her brother (might as well be her father) who is freshly twenty-one decided to uproot them and take back to their old stomping grounds, Chicago.
They're both hoping to leave behind the dangerous unstable lifestyle they've grown accustomed too, Jack is desperately hoping to pull his little sister out of the hole she's dug herself into, and Jack is just looking for some peace.
Looks like there might be a light at the end of their tunnel, and that light is the Gallagher's.
