Maybe you'll live for me sometimes, Adeline..." ~~~~~~~~~~ Adeline was only four years old when she was left behind by her parents during the Great Fires of 2012. The Fabulous Killjoys: The Story of Fireball Frenzy
The year is 2019, and Better Living Industries has taken over the only part of the world that survived the 2012 Great Fires: Battery City, California. Draculoids and Scarecrows heavily police the desert zones where the Fabulous Four Killjoys live, and the evil Korse runs the company. We have a girl named Lucy, 18 years old, whose parents are managers high up in the ranks of BL/Ind. She, however, has differing desires: she wants to run away to the desert and meet the Fabulous Killjoys. One day, she does... and her life is saved by none other than Party Poison, Kobra Kid, Fun Ghoul, and Jet Star when her parents find her running away and they use force as a means of bringing her back home to live under their controlling and toxic environment where she hid so well the fact that she never took any of the pills. She changes her look to express herself as she's always wanted, and gets a new name and starts a new life as: Fireball Frenzy. When Fireball is adjusting to and living this new life, what happens? (Art isn't mine!!) One firefight gone wrong. That's all it takes for someone's life to fall apart, right in front of them. That's what they tell everyone, anyway, but you don't have to look very far to see the truth behind the lies. BL/ind's army of "superheroes" is just as corrupt as the rest of the company. Party Poison and Kobra Kid managed to get out of the city before BL/ind could be made aware of their powers, before they could be forced to join the superheroes in their torment of civilians.
