Everyday since Molly Jensen started a new High school she's received an anonymous letter in her locker. Each day they have poems written in them,some short and some long.
Molly though is shy and has no friends only her 3 brothers who are still in school, while her other 3 brothers work during the day.
But that's when she's suddenly befriended by 3 popular boys who want to be friends with her. While she's sceptical at first, they seem to be genuinely interested in her and protect her from the other girls who bully her.
The notes though become more detailed, and she tries to identify the person. But this is when her dark and secret past comes crawling back and she'll do whatever it takes to stop people from knowing.

Slowly this major change affected the main character, their everyday life, and experiences they haven't had before. Their friends leave them and the main character is left with Tal and a few of his friends.
