Reed is the new kid at Minnesota High, a high school with a great hockey program. The second he joined hockey as a goalie rumors regrading him, and his sexuality, flew around the school faster than pucks. Maxx is the star defense player, but his temper won't give him a spot as captain. Maxx hears these rumors and decides that the tendy wouldn't make out this season without giving at least someone the answer.
Once they get closer together, Reed realizes he would let in 1000 goals for his new friend. Maxx also sees that maybe they could be more. The boy had a hard shell, and the goalie had managed to break through it. As feelings grow, so does the team's spirits as the team might go to the championships. One thing stands in the team's way, the best team for 3 seasons. The Bears of Parkland High, and the Flyers worst enemy.
