The Island (0°00'00.0"S 131°49'58.7"W)

It all started in 2076, not to mention that even before, when man-made himself felt in every corner of the world. The clouds were dropping black rain, and the sirens of each country left a trail of fear and despair with each batch of sounds that emerged in the streets, the green of the trees became a simple memory, as well as the sounds that accompanied them. Wild animals were believed extinct, outbreaks of unprecedented diseases and pandemics developed over time, and to conclude humanity was affected by a terrible war over the latest available resources.

In 2016 they predicted that the consequences of ignorance and human selfishness were approaching. But companies continued to pollute for money, governments still did not act for the same reason, and although a part of the people acted against the catastrophe that emerged, it was not enough to avoid it.

Every year there were new and more recurrent natural disasters, the actions taken were still not enough. Overpopulation, lack of resources, global warming, pollution, natural disasters, and the spread of new and more resistant pandemics and diseases. All emerging at the same time and becoming more dangerous over the years. When finally the collapse arose from day to night, making it completely irreversible.

After decades, civilization managed to recover by settling in safe areas and creating large cities where all humans would live together. Society would become a utopian dystopia, where the system would logically and rationally control everything, to achieve "logical happiness". In order to do this, they also created a law so that anyone who does not want to live in that society, and therefore commits a crime or opposes the state, will be sent to an island, in which there are no laws. People would live in a natural state, in an individualistic way, or at least that is what they had in mind while sending me here.

"I wish I had never met you!" Deepika's voice echoed across the classroom, each word a dagger to my heart. "Excellent! At least we finally agree on something!" I fired back, even as a tear betrayed the storm of emotions within me. With those final, stinging words, Deepika stormed out, leaving a heavy silence in her wake. The classroom felt like a graveyard, and I stood there, rooted to the spot, desperately wishing I could chase after her and demand the truth. Maybe letting her go was the right choice. Perhaps this is meant to be my unfinished love story, a tale of what-ifs and almosts... ✨ No Deepika. This can't be his bike. Not Arjun's. But I couldn't deny what I saw-the familiar brown Royal Enfield, now twisted and crushed. My heart hammered as I circled around, hoping, praying it wasn't true, until my gaze landed on the number plate: TN56 0809. Arjun's bike. Deepika! Stop imagining things! Arjun would be fine! I felt the world shift, the noise around me blurring into a single, deafening hum. Ambulance and police sirens echoed, and a stranger's voice broke through: "Two boys. Spot dead. College students." I clutched my chest, gasping for air as reality slammed into me. "Arjun..." I whispered, barely holding myself together. Tears stung my face as I sank beside the wreck. "No, Please, No!" My voice cracked as the weight of regret settled in, suffocating me. ✨ Ex-Crush: More than just a crush, but a little less than love. ✨ Arjun and Deepika were hopelessly in love-only they never realized it. Will they find their way to each other, or will their love story remain forever unfinished? ✨ Join Arjun and Deepika on a journey back to those dreamy college days-days where every moment felt eternal, love was unspoken yet ever present, where friendship bloomed like wildflowers, offering a sanctuary from the harsh winds of reality. Come, wander with them through the corridors of college days, where the echoes of laughter still linger.

"How will you ever be able... To face the world again?" From within the depths of Megumi's soul, Sukuna had spoken that question. Could he truly keep living? After all the failures he had amounted to? He couldn't, he truly couldn't. When the final Black Flash fell, so did his life. Well, that would have been the case if Fate hadn't decided to exchange one crappy world for another. I do not own Arknights or Jujutsu Kaisen, they go to their respective owners.
