Sonny is a stubborn 17 year old in high school who has been struggling throughout her teen years. Even before her mother's death, she was always an outcast which resulted in her becoming reserved and private.
Jungkook is a tough 22 year old guy who was hired as a bodyguard for Sonny's family. No matter how tough or terrifying he looks with his tattoos, he genuinely is a sweetheart when he wants to be. He takes his job seriously so if anyone messes with Sonny and her family, he won't hesitate to hurt that person.
Though Sonny doesn't make Jungkook's job any easier. Always bumping heads, always arguing. Then a certain situation happens that makes them have to work together. During their "mission", they become closer and realize they have problems that they're still struggling with. With the help of one another, each obstacle that they face becomes easier to pass.
