Addiction is hard to see. It's hard to acknowledge when you're looking right at the love of your life, talking about all of your future plans, seeing him get all mushy about everything. Addiction is not something anyone would want to factor into their life plan. Especially when they just started their lives with their soulmate 2 months ago. When I walked in on my boyfriend overdosing in our hotel room, I knew right then he needed help and I still blame myself for not getting him help sooner. My name is Renee.
