Valen, A Star Wars Story

This has some references to the sequel trilogy but it isn't. Valen will be on my fanmade character Norrin Radd, a Jedi Padawan who became disillusioned with the Republic. This will take place during the Clone Wars Era. The only change is Palpatine as he will be given up by Dooku. Dooku, wanting to become the new lord of the sith, provided the Jedi with enough evidence of his corruption and his true identity. Valen will see all of this and crave the power of the dark side. (And yes, I watched the Rise of Skywalker. I was in the movie as a stormtrooper and a random alien, I don't remember. So This is a fanfiction!!)

{SEQUEL TO THE EDGE OF THE UNIVERSE} "He is the chosen one, he will bring balance," Qui Gon Jinn brought to the Council attention many years ago that Anakin Skywalker is the Chosen One. After recent events, many people agree but, after past events come into play Anakin begins to wonder why the Skywalker line was chosen. Maybe there's more to the story. A new enemy is drawing on the past to become more powerful and Anakin has no choice but to do the same. Obi-wan Kenobi and Ahsoka Tano seem to notice their friend is hiding something and they try to help him, but it's hard to help someone when you're on different planets all the time. Even Anakin couldn't have known that he would remove the scales off of my shell, little by little, until I was standing before the Empire with nothing to hide behind. But as I stood in the light, it is the appearance of my own shadow that was least expected. It turns out, the closer one gets to the spotlight, the bigger their shadow. --- Anakin There was a time when I believed in the Jedi. For a while, I believed in the Sith, too. If a woman brought down my faith in one, I suppose it is only right a woman would bring down the other, too. But, I'm better this time. Older. Experienced. Knowledgeable. I wouldn't give up everything for a woman again, right? Wrong. You see, with Padmé, I feared the danger she put herself in. I rarely encouraged her to fight harder, encouraged her use her talents and charisma. Sometimes I even disagreed with her ideals. And it is that mistake, among many, that I will not be making again. If Kitten wants to show her claws, her targets need only look behind her to see my shining eyes preparing to clean up the mess. It might be fun, were it not for the sheer size of her messes.
