When Mackenzie Bradshaw's life is threatened by a vampire, her millionaire father hires Jake Morgan, a Lycan from the Ghost Moon Pack, to ensure her safety. Denver is a sanctuary city for Lycans, but the lines have been crossed and the vampires are coming. Something is drawing them in, something dark and twisted.

Jake Morgan, a veteran who can barely keep his head on straight or his animal at bay, is forced to play bodyguard to the rich socialite. But looks can be deceiving, and there's more to Ms. Bradshaw than meets the eye. Those feelings he's bottled up and shoved down for so long are being forced to the top, and there's nothing he can do to stop it once she gets under his skin, once she tears down those walls he so expertly built.
