Sixteen year old Carly Thunder, the daughter of the Police Chief: Officer Thunder of the state Hawaii was a normal girl with good grades and a few friends. She was never really noticed at school and other public places, until two week after 'Take Your Child to Work' day she shows up with a famous criminal named Luke.
