In this world there lives a secret tribe of half human half dragons. They are called dragon bloods. Humans absolutely hate them, and kill them when they get the chance. The only way for a human to actually find out that another is a dragon blood is that they need to test their blood. It's a very harsh world for the tribe, but one day a dragon prince was born. Haruki the black dragon prince. Haruki was born on the day of the full moon,so his scales are black unlike the rest of his tribe(their colors are usually red, green, and blue). Theblack scales are very rare and important. They give him defense and power. Haruki has a special power that he can not control. It is called "the eye of the mythical dragon Eithera". It is very dangerous so he doesn't use it. His father wants him to use it before he becomes king. He also wants him to get a mate. Haruki doesn't want anything to do with what his father wants. He wants to go out on his own and never come back. He absolutely does not want a mate, but what happens when he meets a HUMAN boy who changes his life forever.
