Back in the 1980's, there was a young couple Nyla and Vernon Reid, they had very admirable morals and lived life respectably. Nyla is a nurse and Vernon was a police man. Though they seemed very strong they spent their young lives trying to protect their son Pierre from the chaos written city, Chronicle.

This fictional city located just south of Chicago is crazy. Gang violence, drug abuse, and much more. Pierre wonders where he fits in. He wants to make a difference like his parents, but how ??
