In the world where 80% of the population has quirks, living as they where like gods. Some wanted to heroes, others wanted nothing but the world in their hands.
Izuku, one of the 20% of the quirkless population, had a life of hell. Bullying, humiliation and pain was bad enough. But being denied of his dream by his idol broke him.
But, thanks to a hooded vigilante named "Reaper's Scythe", izuku has a chance to be the hero he wanted.
Join Izuku as he goes through hell-like pain and torture to be the greatest hero known to the world.

This is going to be my very first story so I'm open to all advice that comes my way to improve. With 80% of the worlds population being given special powers know known as "quirks" our hero sadly falls under the 20% that does not.
