You and the Gladers escaped the maze and are finally free from Wicked's grasp. Everything is perfect. You're fed, given new clothes, given the proper care, but it doesn't last long. With the help of a new friend, you realize that nothing is as perfect as it seems, and that you never escaped from Wicked. You and the Gladers flee the facility and decide to face the Scorch on your own, soon learning how difficult it is to survive in a world plagued by the sun.
