Caroline and Klaus go way back to when they first meet in Mystic Falls. There's a connection from the start one where, however far they go they always find there way back to each other.
Things that I wont be writing about:
-Elena is a vampire but there's no love triangle with Damon and Stefan, instead she just flees.
-Kol isn't daggered
-Haley and hope aren't in this
-Bonnie isn't on the other side and isn't the anchor of it
-Katherine is nice and she doesn't have Nadia
