Fate.
Fate is a word that I always thought was a disgusting lie. A disgusting lie that would bring the hopes of others up, only for it to fall back down and shatter.
She made me think that my love for her was perfect, as if she was the candle and I the flame. A perfect greed that would fill my hopes little by little every second.
If I knew that she would be gone forever, I wouldn't have made those my last words. Ever since that day, I swore to myself that I wouldn't let her go if I see her again.
And I would protect her, even if it cost the lives of others.
