"Do you trust me!?" King yelled over the series of gun shots. my heart was pounding in my chest so hard my body began to shake each time it pounded. "Star do you trust me ?!" King questioned again grabbing my my wrist to look him in the eyes. my mouth was so dry i couldn't speak I heard the gunshots behind me getting closer so I knew I had to make my next decision wisely, I was mesmerized by his egar gaze shook my head 'Yes' slowly. His grip became tighter and a small smile began to form onto his lips before he nearly dragged me throughout the huge House. Where he was about to take me was beyond my knowledge..But I know no matter what I trust him. At least,I think... Want to find out more ? Then read the book silly <3

He said, licking his lips and I couldn't help to smile small, feeling 100% better. Apart of me believed him but a small part of me felt like he was just trying to make things better for the moment. "Do you promise, Abir?" I spoke barely above a whisper now and he nodded, looking away from me. "Yeah, ma." "Whatever you want." Then it's settled.
