For his partners are never willing to see the truth, and Jotaro is picky to begin with. He doesn't just want anyone.

For he has a dirty secret.
He's a submissive, and it terrifies him to let people know. Yet, as his third year of college comes around the man is at the piont of not caring, he needs to let himself go.
