Lodged between sheets of drywall, worn with time and replaced countless times lies a book that only my grandfather knew about, as he is the one who put it there. It was stuck in its hiding place for many years and after a while, even my grandfather forgot about its whereabouts. After many failed attempts and holes in the wall of a crawl space, I finally held the tattered leather book in my hands. I knew the stories of the journal, but I never imagined what I would get myself into.
