He must make society a safe place for his family who have been ridiculed and bullied for being born with quirks that society deems villainous and useless. He has a long journey ahead of him to become a great hero with a message for the betterment of the world, and an even longer high school career when another boy with a "villainous" quirk sets his eyes on him.
