I woke up screaming my lungs out, I had the weirdest dream ever. I looked over to my bed side table to see the book.

Maybe it wasn't a dream?

I woke up confused. What just happened? Why am I on the floor? Where are we? My head hurts and my throat burns... What is going on?!! I finally came to a large clearing, near the center was an hourglass, it was made out of diamond. I walked up to it. It was so thick I could barley see inside, although I did see something inside. I reached out and touched the diamond, it seemed to melt away leaving glass. I then spotted a man about my age throwing fire at the walls. I screamed. Then I woke up. It was just a dream, right?

I tried to wriggle my arms and legs but just ended up feeling more exhausted and thirsty. I had a sudden urge to use the restroom but I felt helpless. "Pl...please...water...", I tried to scream but it came out more of a whisper. I heard footsteps approaching me and he stopped a few metres away from me and waited. "Please", I begged him. He came closer and poured the water on my mouth. I tried to drink it all but ended up leaving most of it on my dress. "Who are you? Why did you take me?", I asked him but there was no response. "Please let me go!", I cried. "Not so soon darling", came a hoarse reply. "Why are you doing this to me?", I asked him. "Where do you think you're going? Did I told you to leave?" He spoke and walked closer to me. He placed his left hand around my throat and pushed against the wall. I winced in pain. He was holding a knife in his right hand, and slowly trailed down with the top of the knife down my jawline. "D-dont, please" I gulped. I closed my eyes and I was shaking. I was about to pass out.

This was a dream. Or, was it?

I woke up. I was in an unknown place. I couldn't remember anything, so I started searching for clues to find my existence there. I headed towards the exit keeping in mind that I have to get out of there at any cost. I opened the door and looked behind to find I was in a hotel. 'Room number 707' as it read. I turn towards the neighbouring room. There was light peeping out of it. I wondered and looked inside through the keyhole. I saw some quaint things. Read to find out.

I was just laying down on my bed, cuddled up with a book, when I heard a faint creak on the stairs. The sound was muffled seeing as the door was shut, but I heard it nevertheless. My eyes wandered to the door and I tried to be as silent as possible in my attempt to locate another sound. My body was tense, but relaxed when I didn't hear another noise. It's probably just my imagination, I thought. My paranoia was probably just getting the best of me since I was home alone. I heard the stairs creak again however and I heard... Footsteps. I put my book down slowly and got off my bed as quietly as I could. Yes, those were definitely footsteps. I opened my door slowly, trying to be as silent as possible. There was someone already on the other side of the door, however, and I screamed. Girl x Girl I suppose?? Doesn't really revolve around it but there is some Girl x Girl ish in here so... yeah.

"Let me go!" I screamed kicking my legs as the shadow lifted me threw the air. We were heading towards a glowing portal. I tried freeing myself, knowing the fall would probably kill me instantly...yet I wouldn't actually die. I mean I was dreaming...right?

I was drowning. I knew that. I also knew that the hands around my throat, pushing me deeper into the river water was the cause. What I didn't know was who was drowning me and why. It hurt thinking. It hurt to do anything right now. But I still screamed under the cold water and pushed the hands away as hard as I could. It didn't have much effect. I fought and fought, but I was getting weaker, and colder. The pain was overbearing. I couldn't breathe. It was the worst pain imaginable; and as the hands that were around my neck were forcibly ripped off by some unknown force, I slipped deeper into the depths of the river. My hair was straight above me along with my arms. My eyes were open and the water burned. A darkness started to pull me under, taking the pain away. I felt a small pressure around my waist, before the darkness completely consumed me. The last thing I remember is thinking, save me.
