[Hi, just be warned, I'm focusing on another book now and have no desire to finish this series any time soon. This book has typos, I wrote it when I was fourteen, and it ends on cliffhanger that won't have a book to resolve it. JUST WARNING YOU]
She knew she was the only one... or so she thought.
For the past eight months, Sawyer Harble's new life has given her everything. A loving boyfriend, a perfect home, and caring friends. Everything is going normal as ever, until Sawyer's mysterious, unknown power comes back and gives her a vision unlike any other she's had before. This warning leads her and the gang to track down this hidden island to investigate the possible power it could hold. But they discover something far more out of the ordinary... Children of 42 in hiding. The Children who never got taken away to the horrid camp. These Children go by "Freemind", and they are mysteriously done waiting for Sawyer's "villainy" arrival.
Sawyer has no choice but to stay at Freemind to know what they are, and attempt to make an alliance with them. But her offer is shut down mercilessly, leaving her and everyone else to uncover the secrets behind the hidden, vengeful place.

In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else. It seems that the perfect opportunity seems to fall at his feet, presenting itself on a golden platter. Sawyer chases after his dim witted friend, his goal to stop him from making a huge mistake. After all, what kind of an idiot takes a deal from a sketchy guy online? Ollie, apparently, because Sawyer has to chase him all the way to the docks where they are to be boated to the woods, where they would be spending the night for a chance at $500,000 each for making it through the night. What could possibly go wrong? But most importantly, will Sawyer, Ollie and their two new friends make it through the night unscathed? IMPORTANT Author's note: I know this book only has 1 part but it is finished! It just has like...80 something pages...so yay...it's long.
