Acacia and Hunter. Hunter and Acacia. The inseparable best friends. Acacia is Hunters' best friend. That is all Hunter sees her as. Hunter is Acacias' best friend. She wants him to be more.
Acacia's grandmother lived in a large mansion in the woods. Acacia's grandmother loved Acacia very much and decided to make her a present. It was a black cloak with and black hood to match.
Acacia only wore this black cloak when she went to visit her grandmother as she is a normal teenager, therefore she doesn't wear 'cloaks' around other people.
I mean seriously, cloaks aren't exactly the latest fashion.
One day Acacia's grandmother falls very ill. Acacia's mother bakes her grandmother a cake and makes her some fresh butter- just to make her feel better.
She is walking through the woods, black cloak and all, when she meets Wolfe, Hunter Wolfe. Her best friend since diapers.
Hunter doesn't know about her cloak or the fact she goes into the woods every week.
So she pretends to be someone else.
Eventually Hunter starts to fall for this hooded girl, whom he still hasn't seen. He doesn't know her name or what she looks like.
What will happen when he finds out his 'Little Red Riding Hood' is none other than his best friend and the girl who has been in love with him for as long as she can remember?
