Izuku became blind after the Sludge villain attack and Bakugo felt that he could let Izuku wander the world alone even if his own issues got in the way. Bakugo was born with Bipolar disorder/Lots of mood swings, no one except his family and Deku knew about this. On the other hand, Kaminari, son of Mic and Aizawa, was born with a disease called Bloodquirk, this causes him to cough blood after using his quirk for too long, his best friend, Hitoshi, is mute and Kaminari does his best to communicate for him. They are bullied and treated like freaks, no one came near them, that's until the UA outcast club was formed...
