Our main character, Rui Akari is a fire magic user. In this world the most common magic to have is fire magic and almost 70% of the population is filled with fire users.

You would think he would be discouraged by the fact he was born with such a basic magic, but instead he strives to become the #1 magic user in the city and then the world. 

He has to start off small though, first claiming number one spot in Blitz Academy, a private school where only top magic users go. There he will meet competition, create bonds and truly find out if hes a cut above the rest.
