In the Arms of a Dying Witch

It was a normal day for Tsuyu Asui, a water witch in the deep forest of Kyoto, Japan, when she suddenly hears the sound of a crying child. Following the source, she was led to a boy with soft fluffy spikes of hair like a dandelion and red eyes like sparkling rubies. She was amazed by the little child's gorgeous appearance, but she felt pity for him that he was abandoned. So Tsuyu decided to take him in and raise him in the mythical forest, giving the boy the name Katsuki along the way.

As the years fly by, Katsuki grows up to be a strong young man. His bold abrasive attitude is one that startled many of the magical beings in the land, but he is still the caring little boy that Tsuyu raises him to be no matter what.

But what Katsuki doesn't know, is that his caretaker has little time to live.
