In reality I'd been thinking about the very last time I'd seen Damien. We'd never really been friends, though my naive, seven year old mind may have fooled me into thinking so. In the single year we'd known each other he had tormented me more than anything, and the days of my hopeless elementary crush were long gone. I was curious to know if it would be the same. The insecure little girl Damien had known was long gone, and I couldn't wait to see his reaction.
