Jamie Wright finds herself alone after a run-in with an unknown creature. Her dad had gone missing and she was terrified. With nowhere to go and no way to call for help, Jamie accepts the assistance of a mysterious family and takes their offer of staying with them until she could get her feet on the ground. Little does Jamie know is that the son, who is approximately her age and is a hard headed hotty, believes they are soul mates and that fate brought them together. She can't deny the attraction she feels towards him, but she stalls herself because she knows he has a dark secret and it may just have to something to do with her dad's disappearance.

Completed!! -- I could hear him running behind me. "HELP!" I started to scream the words repeatedly. I felt like I was the stupid, helpless girl in a horror film. I ran right into a fence and fell down. I got back up and turned around. Blake was right there. He pinned me up against the wood. "You are so stupid!" He chuckled. He grabbed a bottle of some sort and smiled. "Nighty night." He whispered. He sprayed the substance all over me until I blacked out. -- 16 year old Cathy moves from a small Rhode Island town to the big Austin, Texas. When she starts her new school, Cliffside High, everyone despises her. They don't like the same music she does and they don't dress like her. She's an outcast in their book. But when she gets home, she goes to her favorite website and chats with people who love her. Who don't despise her. But, everything changes when a stranger starts to chat with her. He compliments her, makes her feel bubbly. She feels like he loves her, and she loves him. Then things get a little weird when he asks her personal questions. Not thinking twice, she answers all of them. Cathy feels guilty afterward, and never wants to talk to him again. But he wants to meet her. Little did she know his visit will be soon and blood curdling.
