In the years before Rey, there were only a handful of Jedi left in the universe. After the tragedy at Luke Skywalker's Jedi Temple, hardly anyone was left alive. Kylo Ren, formally known as Ben Solo, had joined Snoke, Supreme Lord of the First Order. Snoke has already destroyed numerous planets in his dark wake, and was now searching for the Resistance. His eyes were on Luke Skywalker, but Kylo had his mind set on a familiar girl he remembers from his home planet and the Jedi Temple.

During this time, the Resistance is scrambling to find resources and allies. Driss is a Resistance Jedi Fighter who has no home except in the ranks of the Generals and fighters in the rebel fleet. All she has known is General Leia and her team of commanders. She has fought in many battles before, but now she feels something pulling her. She feels the steady vibration of the Force within her and around her. Driss doesn't know what is bound to happen, and she is terrified to know the truth in herself and her past when they reveal themselves to her. 

In a twisted universe full of desire, lust, and the dark side fighting the light: who will figure out the dark past, and who will see to their own demise?
