Maxine Rivers, at the age of twelve, was charged with a crime which led her in jail for five years. Everyone seems to say that she's guilty. But she herself does not believe that. And she thinks that she didn't do it. Even with her unclear memories.

But ever since Zack Danielson became her roommate, she's been having visions which she assumes were her memories. She starts doubting if she's guilty or not.
