Heart of True Love (Arthit&Kongpob)

Arthit Rojnapat is the son of Kate Rojnapat, a rich businesswoman in Thailand. He is a very pretty and beautiful man but unfortunately, he has a weak heart and can die at any moment.

Kongpop Suthiluck is a poor and lowly painter who happens to fall in love with Arthit at first sight. They will soon get close to each other and Kongpop will stay by his side during all the difficulties.

Along the way, Kong's love will make him lose something very dear to him. But after Arthit heart transplant, which actually will be successful, his first love Phana suddenly come back from the United States.

Arthit is left with the dilemma to make a choice between 'love or gratitude' which eventually have him all confuse. Then everything happening next leave Kongpop so heartbroken 😭.
