The main protagonist is a blonde-haired Girl named Tsukiko with her little brother Kai, who is a light-brown haired 13 year old. 
   The plot runs on the story of Tsukiko working to clear her fathers name while hiding his death from her brother. 
   The setting is a fake place in Japan, most of the locations and landmarks mentioned do not exist, though some real life locations are scattered throughout 
   Most of the story is 3rd person, with some 1st person.
