[This story will imply and/or discuss sensitive topics. Also some foul language present.] Nobody should want to know their fate. What's the point if it's so damn hard to change? You'd want to make every little thing perfect, but it would never be good enough for you. For anyone. If everyone could change everything that made them unhappy, it would just be chaos. Then again, maybe it is worth a shot.

It is four in the morning, and I cannot sleep, I cannot stop thinking. I want to close my eyes and go back to that day before everything changed. Before society forced me into this mould. They all want me to be this strong leader, the chosen one who will unite the world and rule like my family has for centuries. But that's not me. I am supposedly lucky, a genetic lottery winner, born with a silver spoon, money, fame, and power. They do not understand the pressure and the responsibility of carrying an entire nation. No matter what choice I make, I end up hurting someone. They all look up at me excepting something from me, something I'm not. I wish I could go back. Back to when I was just a kid lying on the grass with my friends. My real friends. The ones I was never supposed to have. They aren't royal or noble. They aren't even rich, just a servants daughter and a low born boy. But even they have changed, I'm no longer just Alex to them, I'm your highness.
