Midoriya Izuku, a kid born with a quirk exactly the same as a Pro Hero. He has red Wings that pop out of his back, that he can control. However, his control over each individual feather is stronger, and if destroyed, regrows instantly.
One day during a normal training at U.A. High, the League of Villains attacks. They capture a few of the kids, and attempt to convert them into villains.
