Rookie Detective, Valerie Simmons, was taken into questioning after being evacuated from her hometown due to a nationwide outbreak. She was asked to recall the gruesome hours before her departure from the infected city of Liß. She was put on as the lead detective in a Missing Person investigation of two fellow police officers. A seven year old girl trying to survive the zombie apocalypse in a fairly small city in rural New Mexico. This is the third in my short story series taken from the universe created for my first book. Ardamin: Clone #7. These short stories are more horror focused than the main book. But how can you tell the story of a zombie apocalypse without some horror?
