Have you ever wanted to slow down time, turn one second in to five, or even into one hundred. This is the case for Luke Matthews. For ever since his granddad told him a story about it at the age of ten, he wants this power. But not all powers give as much as they take.
He finds that at the young age of fifteen he has these powers and trains himself to use them, but after some bad choices he finds himself stuck.
