In case you're wondering, I'm still mad at you.
(Disclaimer, just in case you didn't know, most of these characters are not mine and are from the Portal Universe owned by Valve. There are also a couple of characters from a mod called Portal Stories Mel, which you should check out if you like Portal 2, it's free on Steam.) Not long after Wheatley finds his way back from the moon, he goes to find Chell. The first thing she does when they meet is slap him. Wheatley's not appalled, in fact, he feels he quite deserves it. When he realizes that life on the outside of Aperture isn't as easy as he had originally thought, Chell's heart is softened a little, and so they start living together. The tension is thick at first but mellows down a bit as their relationship goes on.
