I open my eyes to darkness. I feel the sweat dripping down my spine and I sense.. him. He's here.
I feel him watching me in the dark, calculating every breath I take, every move I make. I clench my teeth to fight off the urge to wipe the sweat from my brow. I slowly let out a careful breath, and start breathing normal. Not realizing, I had been holding it in. I close my eyes softly and breathe, in and out. I eventually fall asleep.
I wake up to a large unfamiliar room. There's shades of light coming through the curtains. I try to sit up, but realize he has his arms wrapped around me, and his hand curved gently around my waist. I settle back down into his arms, and fall back asleep.
