In which a province called 'Mariana Province' gets attacked by a huge group of terrorists called 'Vindicta'. The group killed every single person living in that province, even the authorities. 

But there's two things that they left that worried the government. First: they didn't kill those children who are less than 15 years old; they left the older ones in the province and took the younger ones with them. Second: they left a banner with the words 'WE'VE COME FOR REVENGE' written in blood.

What will the government do? Will they be able to solve the problem or will all be in the hands of the Vindicta?
