You're not a Monster...

This is a romance story about Sephiroth and Genesis from Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core, but in an Alternate Universe where Sephiroth is a Siren and Genesis is the captain of a ship of a pirate crew. He finds Sephiroth wounded and unconscieous on a beach, caughtr up in a net. Even though the male siren is in a human form, the color of his hair and eyes give away his true nature. Instead of killing him, Genesis untangles him and brings him onto his ship, fixing him up and getting him back on his feet. Over time, the two of them form a strong bond towards eachother. But they're too scared of rejection, so they don't tell eachother of their feelings...
