The Meadows family, a family of five, is trying to survive a dark grey fog that holds a virus called the Nethec virus.  If you breathe it in, you will immediately be struck with an illness and get killed on the spot.  One of the daughters makes a significant discovery and helps her family survive throughout the rest of the misery filled days.
