Jonathan Dennis, or as the crime world knows him as Delirious. He's been known as a serial killer by the police and has been on the run recently. Many detectives have been trying to find his location but have failed, until a detective who's been known for solving the toughest of cases named Evan Fong shows up at one of the detective agencies to take the case. But at some point, the two cross paths not knowing the others occupation. What will happen when the truth comes to light when Evan finds out who Jonathan is?
