This is the story of two best friends: Frenchesca (Frenchie) Thomas and Brendon Charles.

Frenchie is a level headed eighteen year old with a big heart. From the dimples in her cheeks to the smile that is always on her face, she's an angel. Being best friends with Brendon Charles was completely chance. Never till this day does she regret it. She's liked Brendon since the first day they met, but she (like most people) new of his reputation.

Brendon Charles is the lead singer of his band Ultimate Crush and the best friend of the prettiest, sweetest girl in school, Frenchie. They had met the day his car decided to break down, the morning of the first day of school on the bus. When he first saw her he had sat down next to her with "more than friends" thoughts. But after talking to her on the way to school, he realized she was far too nice to be another one of his conquest.

That was two years ago, now they are both graduating from high school in a few months. Brendon had grown some since tenth grade, and Frenchie too (in a physical way). Brendon gets this feeling in his belly when he's around her, and when she's in his arms it's like the world is right again. Frenchie tried to deny the feeling she's had since they'd met, but now she just can't take it. If he didn't have a girlfriend she'd tell him how she really feels.

But what happens when Brendon's latest girlfriend betrays his trust and runs straight into the arms of Frenchie? Will she take this as her chance to finally reveal her true feelings? Has Brendon matured enough to even love her the way he knows she deserves? Or will he fumble...
