"Princess!" he yelled after her. "Where are you going?" "Back to the castle," she replied without stopping. "Not by yourself you're not!" Yours. There are monsters all over Hyrule now, Your Highness." Blue eyes pointedly looked her up and down. "And by the looks of it, you're not equipped to handle that." She mirrored his scrutiny and scoffed. "What, and you are?" She gestured to the cairns beyond the trees. "Are you going to protect me as well as you protected them?" Calamity is upon Hyrule. The Goddess Hylia appointed but two children to prevent the end of the world. The powers they were promised don't come easily, and after years of outright failure, Princess Zelda can't help but wonder if Hylia chose wrong. It certainly doesn't help that the boy fate has tangled her with makes her seethe. Devotion, heartbreak, inadequacy. Faith, perseverance, and courage. This is a story of finding what lies within. For centuries this land has been a democracy, but few actually know just what is going on behind the scenes. What use are the old tales when no one even believes in magic anymore? Zelda is a girl who lives her life trapped within the walls of her family's mansion. She only leaves to go to school, and there she meets someone who will quite literally change her life forever. Legend raised an impatient eyebrow, and Wild turned away. How was he going to explain this? He'd told them virtually nothing of his journey. How was he supposed to convey how terrible this situation was? That the Blights had been revived. "Come on. We're heading towards Zora's Domain." A gang-meets-Wild fic with an actual plot (I think). The Legend of Zelda - School of the Wild
Zelda Hyrule's life has always been one that is not her own. Zelda has always been the spitting image of what her Father wants her to be. She has never broken a rule. That being, never been out past 9 pm, has never cut a class, and most importantly, has never, ever had a boyfriend. She goes to her private academy like her Father wants, and that's the end of her story. However, her fate takes an unfortunate turn when she accidentally gets herself blamed for something she didn't do and is expelled. Now, with her Father furious with her, she has no choice but to finish out her high school years at a regular public school. She has her eyes set on clearing her name, and no intention of staying in this crappy public school. As if by pure sheer coincidence, or maybe it was fate, she meets Link. Link, the silent superstar of the school, who, in her hour of need, comes to her side with no hesitation. She is undoubtedly drawn to him, yet she needs to stay away. As she progresses day by day, she meets a couple of new friends, and even a few enemies. Will Zelda clear her name? Or will she stay in this public dump for a couple of friends and a silent knight? The Princess and Her Knight - A Breath of the Wild FanFiction
Before the Great Calamity, Zelda and Link travel amongst Hyrule together. They must learn to tolerate each other on their journey. Zelda, having barely been able to leave the castle much before him, discovered her sense of adventure when she went out with Link. Is it possible that the two of them harbored a secret admiration for each other than ran deeper than friendship? Or would Link maintain his silence and not speak to the princess at all? This story flashes back from before and after the Great Calamity. What happens after Link defeats Calamity Ganon? This story is very long, but if I do say so myself, I think it's worth it! There will be a sequel. Contains spoilers. I DO NOT OWN THESE CHARACTERS OR ANYTHING/MONOLOGUE THAT HAPPENED IN THE GAME, it belongs to Nintendo. "You will aid the hero during his journey in defeating Calamity Ganon." That was the order that was given to you by goddess Hylia. Although the goddess had first planned to have the hero do his journey alone, she took sympathy for him and decided to create him a partner, one that would aid him during the dangerous travels to the Divine Beasts and finally, Calamity Ganon. That was your purpose. 100 years passed since the defeat of the Champions, although one remained. The one you were to help once he awoke from his slumber. Link. // This is a story entirely based on the game BOTW. Although a few changes will be made the overall story line will be game-based. That doesn't mean there won't be cliffhangers and all that juicy stuff. Yes, romance will play a part, but I just overall hope you guys enjoy the story!
