Todd is a senior in high school living with his older brother Seth in a small town called Coop Acres. Ever since the  death of their parents in a car accident, the brothers have grown closer in their relationship learning to lean on each other during tough times. With Todd starting off his senior year there's a new girl in town named Joanna that catches his eye. With her father being a professional crime scene photographer, things get stirred up. A police officer knocks on their door informing them there may have been foul play involving the death of his parents. The case gets reopened and old wounds resurface leaving the brothers with more questions than answers. With Todd's brother getting engaged and starting a new chapter, things could not have happened at the most inconvient time. And with Joanna harboring a secret of her own, things could not be more complicated. Will Todd find true love? Or will he be stuck in the past too afraid to push through? After all, love is no easy task and they're about to learn from each other what it really means to love someone.
