After defeating Trihexa, A month later Issei finds out his harem betrayed him except for Koneko and Kunou. Strangely he ends up being best friends with his ex-harem's boyfriends, he plays videogames and hangs out with them while keeping secret that he has the fall of the dragon. He does a good job keeping it secret until one day while playing video games with them, he coughs up blood which alerts them. One of the guys with a dragon sacred gear knows what's wrong and tells the other ones. They come up with the craziest idea ever hooking him up with their older, little sisters, and other girls to fight off the fall.
