In an alternate timeline, where Anakin Skywalker (now christened by Emperor Palpatine as Darth Vader) was not defeated by Obi-Wan Kenobi at the battle of Mustafar, Anakin was able to escape his original fate and become the leader of the Sith. The remaining Jedi, as opposed to going into hiding, decide to slowly rebuild the Jedi in one final attempt to defeat the Sith. With Obi-Wan Kenobi leading the Jedi against his former apprentice Anakin Skywalker leading the sith, who will defeat the other and rule the galaxy?
